Lavender ‘Hidcote’

Lavender Hidcote is a well known English Lavender variety.  It is great for attracting bees. It can be used as a culinary herb for use fresh or dried or crystallized in cakes. It can be used as an alternative to rosemary with meat dishes.
Medicinally used as a massage oil for aches, to aid relaxation, for cellulitis and antiseptic among other uses.

  • Compact lavender with pale pink flowers
  • Sunny position
  • Well drained soil
  • Cut back in spring to encourage bushiness. Deadhead and trim lightly after flowering.
