Use the leaves, buds and white flowers of Garlic Chives for a mild garlic flavour to salads, soups and as a garnish.

  • Keep cutting back to produce fresh new leaves
How to grow Sow directly and thickly onto moist compost directly into small pots and cover with vermiculite or fine compost.  Pot on or plant out when roots are developed.  Grows in almost any soils or conditions. Alternatively sow into clumps or broadcast sow outdoors.  Cover seed with fine soil.  The large clumps can then be divided every 3 to 4 years. Harvest Harvest as and when required even to soil level.
