Red Veined Sorrel leaves have a mild lemon flavour. The red veined attractive leaves add lovely colour to a salad. Can be cooked like spinach, or add to fish dishes.

- Red-veined, lance shaped green leaves. Insignificant flowers on spikes
- Sunny or partially shaded position
- Prefers moist soil
- Can be cut back to base and will re-sprout.
