Sweet Thai Basil
Sweet Thai Basil leaves have an aniseed or liquorice flavour over a basil flavour and is used in curries, stir-fries, beef, pork and chicken dishes. This aniseed flavoured basil is great in a salad or add to Thai / Vietnamese dishes. Remove flower buds to maintain flavour. Medicinally for relaxation when bruised leaves are applied under eyes and forehead. Aromatherapy for inhaling relaxation.
