Hyssopus officinalis ‘Roseus’
Hyssop is used moreso for attracting bees to the garden. It is reported to medicinally be used to make a tea for sore throats and is an expectorant. Externally said to be used for cuts and bruises. Hyssop is used sparingly with fish or meats.

- Mediterranean plant with linear leaves and pink flower spikes in late summer. Good for hedging in knot gardens

- Well drained to dry soil
- Trim hedges back hard in Spring
