A fabulous hardy perennial. Buckler Leaf Sorrel has arrow shaped leaves with a tangy citrus flavour and the younger leaves are a great addition to a baby leaf salad. Mature leaves can be harvested and cooked like spinach. This Sorrel is also known as French Sorrel and accompanies fish, egg and meat dishes beautifully. Can be used as a cut and come again.
