Delivery Areas

We deliver to England, Wales, Scotland (including Highlands and Islands), and Isle of Wight.

We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.

Orders to the following postcodes are typically accepted for delivery via Royal Mail: AB37-AB38, AB44-AB45, AB53-AB56, CA18-CA27, HS1-HS9, IM, IV14-IV28, IV30-IV32, IV36, IV40-IV56, IV7, IV9-IV12, KA27-KA28, KW, LA15-LA23, PA20-PA20, PA21-PA38, PA41-PA41, PA42-PA49, PA60, PA6-PA78, PA80-PA88, PH17-PH26, PH30-PH44, PH49-PH50, TR21-TR25, ZE

Delivery Timeframes

• Our carriers collect from us on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday on typically a next-day delivery basis
• Due to order volumes in peak times, please allow up to 10 days for receipt of your order
• All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed

Delivery Process

• We will ship to the address provided at checkout
• We do not require a signature at delivery
• We will forward special delivery instructions to the carrier, however we cannot guarantee they will be followed
• Our carrier may request you collect your item from an access point following an initial delivery attempt
• We recommend you collect your order at the first opportunity to avoid unnecessary risk to the plants

Shipping Liability

• We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control
• Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you
• We will not be liable for any loss or damage occurring as a result of special instructions being followed
• We will not be liable if you are not available to receive your order on the first delivery attempt.
