Feverfew is best known for its use to alleviate migraines. As a culinary herb it has a bitter flavour. Medicinally also used as a mild sedative, to reduce inflammation, for arthritis, asthma, regularise menstruation, and for tinnitus. Warning: do not take when pregnant
