Horseradish is often associated with the sauce, but you can also use the leaves in a salad.  Prefers rich deep soil. Sunny position preferred but not essential. Height 1m. Edible leaves, roots are harvested late Autumn/Winter.  Consider containing in a pot if spreading is not desired. Make a dip or some mayonnaise with the roots.
