Lemongrass are often used in Thai dishes. Foliage can be tied and used as a soup flavouring. Protect from frosts and retain over 5 degrees Celsius.

  • Height 1-2.5m
  • Clump forming with juicy stems and grass strap-like leaves
  • Sunny position
  • Well drained moist soil
  • Needs a minimum of 7 degrees Celsius. Store in heated greenhouse in winter or treat as a houseplant
