Rosemary ‘Foxtail’ is a semi-prostrate aromatic and culinary herb, initially growing upright and bushy, later arching over as it grows. It has dark green leaves with silvery-green underside. Foxtail makes for a particularly attractive Rosemary. Add to lamb, breads, dressings. This herb was classified as Rosmarinus officinalis, now reclassified to Salvia rosmarinus
