Sage
Sage has grey-green, felty foliage and Lilac-blue flowers. Sage is used in stuffings and Italian cooking among others. Medicinally Sage is an astringent, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory herb.

- Branched stems with grey-green wrinkled velvety leaves and mauve flowers
- Enjoys a sunny position
- Thrives in moist sandy soil, but does well in well drained soils
- Replace when woody in approx 4-7 years.
