Sweet Marjoram is a floral scented Origanum, with a lighter, sweeter and more subtle flavour compared with other Origanums. It has white or pink flowers and grey-green bracts. It is one of the herbs used to make up Bouquet Garni together with Rosemary, Thyme, parsley and bay leaves. And an ingredient of Herbes de Provence A great addition to soups, casseroles and sauces and with meat and fish dishes. Medicinally used for colds/ flu, stomach upsets.
