Tatsoi is a great choice for both baby leaf production for salads and for whole heads of this vegetable to steam, sauté or add to stir fries. A great spinach alternative with even more nutrition packed in. Flavour resembles spinach with mild mustard. It is a small rosette forming Pak Choi.


  • Height 50cm
  • Spoon shaped very dark green leaves.
  • Prefers full sun
  • Grows well drained soil, but moist to prevent bolting
  • Great as a cut and come again salad leaf
