Eastern Desert Mint is the mint used to make traditional Moroccan Mint tea and originates from the Atlas Mountains. It has a wonderful strong peppermint flavour. Once flowering the tall slender spikes of mauve flowers are incredibly attractive and wonderful for butterflies and bees.
- Hardy perennial
- Height 90cm
- Slender, long grey leaves with long pale mauve flowers.
- Partial shade or sunny position
- Moist, nutrient rich soil
- Grow in pots for control in small gardens. Divide and thin in Spring or autumn as required.
