Borage
Borage encourages bees to the garden. It has grey-green leaves with blue flowers which bees love. The sweet edible flowers are used in Pimms and have a light fresh cucumber flavour. The young leaves and flowers are also used in salads or as a garnish or crystallized for cake decoration.
Add to face pack for dry skin. Add to barley and bran for a bath bag to cleanse and soften skin.
Pest control- Plant between tomatoes to deter hornworm attacks. Or between strawberries to stimulate their growth.
