Bronze Fennel
Bronze Fennel has aniseed flavoured feathery bronze/green leaves, and can be used like common fennel in meats, fish, salads or as a garnish. The umbels yellow flowers in summer later forms seeds which can be used in Asian cooking or dry seed for tea.
