French Tarragon is a clump forming perennial, with lance mid-green leaves. Well drained poor soil in full sun, drought tolerant. Height 80cm. French Tarragon is ideal for chicken and egg dishes, sauces, salad dressings and mustard.  French Tarragon is also known as Estragon. 

Medicinally for indigestion or as a diuretic.
