With the delicate anise flavour of French Tarragon this herb Mexican Tarragon—is also known as Winter Tarragon, Four Seasons Tarragon, Sweet Mace, or Mexican Mint Marigold. It is a sun-loving herb which thrives where other herbs might wilt. It has an upright habit, with dark green foliage, and bright golden-yellow flowers, it brings both gourmet flavour and a Mediterranean glow to your garden.

This variety loves the heat and stays aromatic all summer long. It is an exceptionally drought-tolerant herb once established and a pollinator favourite. It  provides a late-summer feast for bees and butterflies just as other flowers begin to fade.
