Mexican Tarragon Also known as Winter Tarragon, Four Seasons Tarragon or Sweet Mace. This herb has a delicate anise flavour without the bitterness of tarragon and is a perfect substitute for French Tarragon. It has small yellow marigold like flowers and dark green foliage with upright habit. It is best added at the end of cooking.
