Summer Savory is one of the ingredients of herbes de Provence.  It is an annual, but has a sweeter, milder and more refined flavour compared with its perennial relative Winter savory.  Use leaves in salads for a spicy kick, add to meats and bean dishes.  A great addition to the pollinator garden.
