Variegated Landcress is a perennial, which can be used as a salad leaf with a peppery flavour, which is similar in flavour to watercress. It is a very hardy herb, which grows in sun or partial shade in most soils. Its cream and green leaves adds interest variation to a salad. Older leaves have a more intense flavour, best flavour is held when young.
