Wild Rocket is a hardy perennial and often is grown as an annual. It is a fabulous addition to a mixed leaf salad with its tangy peppery leaves. It holds a stronger flavour compared with the more common plain rocket and has a narrower leaf shape. Flowers are also edible for lovely colourful addition to a salad. Permit flowering for self-seeding if desired. Use as a cut and come again salad leaf. Plant in humus rich moisture retentive soil in a sunny position.
